Who We Are

The Barrett Company has served businesses in the greater Cleveland area since 1956. Founded by our Uncle Bill, we continue to provide simple onsite commercial storage solutions to businesses across Northeast Ohio.

A few fun (and not so fun) facts:

• In 2021, our original location was lost to a fire that required assistance from nine cities across Northeast Ohio.
  
• Tom Barrett, who now owns the company, grew up in the house across the street from our original location.
  
• Prior to 1956, our family operated a dairy and ice cream parlor, Barrett Creameries, from this same building.
  
• In the 1920s, Cowan Pottery Studios was housed onsite and we continue to support the Cowan Pottery Museum. Portions of the Cowan Pottery Studios property survived the fire and other components were able to be salvaged for preservation.
